What will you do?
We have customers all over the π, and as our Customer Success Manager, youβll have a crucial position behind their continued success and growth. You will help manufacturing leaders scale digital transformation and achieve operational improvements, that brings more safe, productive, modern and sustainable industries all over the world!
Your mission is clear:
β Maximize customer value
β Drive renewals
β Increase Expansion ARR
β Strengthen Net Revenue Retention
β Reduce churn
You will:
Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers
Act as the strategic main point of contact
Ensure a smooth and 5β onboarding experience
Lead QBRs focused on measurable business impact and ROI
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer goals
Analyze usage data and proactively mitigate risk
Deliver training sessions and workshops that increase adoption
Collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions and Product
Act as the voice of the customer internally
Craft success stories that turn customers into advocates
KPIs you will own
We believe in clear ownership and measurable outcomes. This is a role for someone who enjoys being responsible for growth and results. You will be accountable for:
Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
Expansion ARR
Churn rate
Renewal rate
Customer engagement and adoption metrics
Account health scoring
What we think you bring
3β5 years experience as a CSM, Enterprise AE or KAM in a SaaS company
Experience working with enterprise and international customers
Strong commercial mindset and understanding of subscription economics
Proven ability to drive expansion and retention
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Structured, proactive and self-led approach
Experience from manufacturing or industrial SaaS is a strong plus
HubSpot or Salesforce experience is a bonus
Fluent in Swedish and English both verbal and written
