What will you do?
Join Mevisio as a Global Partner Manager and take a crucial role in expanding our global presence! In this exciting position, you'll cultivate and strengthen relationships with partners, drive strategic growth, and collaborate across teams to achieve outstanding results. You'll oversee performance, uncover new opportunities, and ensure our partners are well-equipped and aligned with Mevisio’s innovative solutions.

Your tasks:
Develop and Manage Partnerships: Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with global partners to drive revenue and market presence.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with partners to create and execute go-to-market strategies that align with Mevisio's growth objectives.
Sales Enablement: Provide partners with the necessary training, tools, and support to effectively promote and sell Mevisio’s solutions.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate partner performance, ensuring alignment with sales targets and KPIs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to support partners and optimize sales efforts.

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in partner management or business development, preferably within the tech industry.
- Strong sales acumen, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage international partnerships and understand diverse market dynamics.
- Ability to think strategically and translate plans into actionable outcomes.
- Comfortable working in a start-up environment.
