What you’ll do
We’re building up our industrial expertise and are looking for someone with deep knowledge of manufacturing, production, and Lean to join us, an opportunity to help shape how manufacturing is digitalized!
You’ll bridge real factory experience with our digital platform, ensuring that what we build supports operational excellence. You would:
Act as a trusted advisor for manufacturing customers
Translate Lean principles into digital workflows and measurable KPIs
Support Sales in pre-sales discussions and workshops
Help define best practices for digital operational excellence
Contribute to building internal manufacturing knowledge at Mevisio
Collaborate with Product to strengthen our platform’s industrial relevance
What we’re looking for
5+ years experience within manufacturing, production or Lean
Strong understanding of operational excellence, KPIs and process improvement
Experience facilitating workshops or working in advisory/consulting roles
Commercial mindset – you understand business impact
Comfortable working in a fast-moving SaaS environment
Fluent in Swedish and English
Experience from digital transformation projects or SaaS is a strong plus
Experience from programming is a strong plus
